1. Scope
“Amy” is a private, internal software integration operated by Xennix LLC
(“Xennix”). It connects to Xennix’s own QuickBooks Online company via the
Intuit API. Amy is not sold, licensed, distributed, or made available to the public,
and is not offered through the Intuit App Store.
2. Permitted users
Use of Amy is restricted to Xennix LLC personnel and other individuals expressly
authorized by Xennix. Authorized users access Amy through a private, authenticated
internal chat channel.
3. Permitted use
Amy may be used to read Xennix accounting data, generate financial reports and
summaries, and create or update accounting records within QuickBooks Online. Users
remain responsible for reviewing any record Amy creates or modifies before relying on
it. Amy is not permitted to delete QuickBooks records.
4. Not professional advice
Amy produces summaries and calculations generated in part by automated language
models, which can be incomplete or incorrect. Its output is not accounting, tax, legal,
or financial advice. Xennix does not rely on Amy’s output as a substitute for review by
a qualified professional, and authorized users should not either.
5. Automated processing
Amy uses third-party large language model providers to process requests. Accounting
information may be transmitted to those providers as described in the
Privacy Policy.
6. Data ownership
All accounting data remains the property of Xennix LLC and is governed by Xennix’s
agreement with Intuit. Amy does not transfer ownership of any data.
7. Disconnection
Access may be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online
(Settings → Apps → Disconnect), or by deleting the stored credentials from
Xennix systems. Revocation takes effect immediately.
8. No warranty
Amy is provided on an “as is” basis for internal use, without warranty
of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for
a particular purpose, or accuracy of output.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xennix LLC is not liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Amy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
